How to book by requesting availability from the website and by e-mail
It is possible to send an availability request from our website www.aura-relais.com or via email to [email protected] and wait for our reply.
Following the request for availability via the website or via email, an offer will be sent to you. The reservation is to be considered confirmed if accompanied by a bank transfer equal to 30% of the entire amount of the stay. Payment by bank transfer to be made within 2 days of our confirmation. If the payment is not made within the requested time, the reservation is to be understood as void. The reservation becomes binding for Aura Relais only upon receipt of a copy of the payment receipt of the confirmatory deposit.

How to book via website with credit card
Alternatively, you can book directly from our site by credit card. The reservation, as in the previous cases, is to be considered confirmed by a charge equal to 30% of the entire stay at the time of booking. 70% of the remaining amount will be charged one day before check-out.
Upon arrival, it is mandatory to present an identification document for each person.
Terms of modification
To make any changes to your booking you must contact us. In the event of a booking change to a period for which the price is higher than the amount paid, the customer is required to pay the difference.
Any changes to the reservation must be communicated in writing (by e-mail). The modification of the reservation if it involves the extension of the stay requires an additional reservation, and is subject to availability and rate changes.
Cancellation condition
Any cancellation of booking must be communicated in writing (by e-mail). In case of cancellations the following penalties will be applied:
- Full refund of the deposit in case of cancellation at least 30 days in advance of the day of arrival.
- For cancellations made at least 14 days before check-in, partial refund of the deposit (half).
- For cancellations made in the last 14 days before check-in, the deposit will not be refunded.
Interruption of the stay: No reimbursement is due to the guest who decides to interrupt the stay already undertaken and therefore is required to pay for the entire booked stay.
NoShow (no-show): In case of no-show, the cost of the entire stay will be withheld.
